We want you to love your website. If you don't, we'll make it right — or give you your money back.

Website Design — Cancel Anytime

Your custom website is provided free ($0 upfront) as part of your All-Inclusive Plan. You only pay $49/mo, which covers everything: hosting, SEO, support, content changes, logo design, and domain setup.

• After we deliver your site, you have 14 days to request changes through your included revision round.
• If you're not satisfied after revisions, you can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty.
• Upon cancellation, your website will be taken offline at the end of the current billing period. Design files remain the property of WebsitesIn24 unless ownership has transferred (see Terms of Service).
• Cancellation requests can be made at any time by emailing support@websitesin24.com or through your client dashboard.

All-Inclusive Subscription ($49/mo)

• Your $49/mo subscription includes hosting, SEO, AI search optimization, support, unlimited content changes, logo design, and domain setup. Billing starts immediately — there is no free trial.
• You can cancel at any time with no penalty and no cancellation fee.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months.
• Upon cancellation, your website will remain live until the end of your current billing period. After that, the site will be taken offline.

Domain Registration

• Domain setup is included in your $49/mo plan at no extra charge.
• If a domain was registered on your behalf, the registration itself is non-refundable as it is a third-party purchase. However, the domain remains yours regardless of cancellation.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@websitesin24.com with your business name and order details. We respond to all refund requests within 1 business day.
