Terms of Service

By using WebsitesIn24 (“we,” “us,” “our”) and purchasing our services, you (“client,” “you,” “your”) agree to the following terms.

1. Services

WebsitesIn24 provides custom website design, logo design, domain registration, hosting, SEO, and related digital services for small businesses. All services are described on our website and within the onboarding quiz at the time of purchase.

2. Pricing & Payment

• Website design is free ($0 upfront). Customers pay a monthly subscription of $49/mo which covers hosting, SEO, support, content changes, logo, and domain.
• Billing begins immediately upon signup — there is no free trial period.
• Additional pages and one-time add-ons are priced as displayed during checkout.
• All prices are in US dollars (USD).
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect existing active subscriptions.

3. Delivery

• We aim to deliver your completed website within 24 hours of receiving your quiz submission and payment.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on the complexity of your request and current order volume.
• Delivery is considered complete when we send you the link to your live website and a notification email.

4. Revisions

• Your website package includes 1 round of revisions.
• A revision round means one set of changes submitted together via email.
• Revisions must be requested within 14 days of initial delivery.
• Additional revisions beyond the included round are available for purchase at $59 per round.

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

• The website designed and delivered by WebsitesIn24 is provided free of charge — a value of approximately $1,999 — in good faith as part of your All-Inclusive Plan subscription. This is a genuine gift to help you establish your business online.
• Full ownership of the website design, code, and content created specifically for your business transfers to you upon either: (a) completing twelve (12) consecutive months of active paid subscription, or (b) a one-time buyout payment of $499 made at any time.
• Prior to meeting either condition above, the website and all associated design work remain the intellectual property of WebsitesIn24. You have a non-exclusive licence to use the website for so long as your subscription remains active.
• If you provided photos, logos, or other materials, you retain full ownership of those assets at all times.
• Photos, icons, fonts, and other third-party assets used in your site remain subject to their respective licences, regardless of ownership status.
• Upon cancellation before the ownership conditions are met, your licence to use the website terminates and the site will be taken offline. WebsitesIn24 retains all rights to the design work.
• Upon refund, all ownership and licence rights revert to WebsitesIn24 and the website will be taken offline.

6. Portfolio Usage

• Unless you opt out during the quiz, we may use your completed website in our portfolio, marketing materials, and case studies.
• You can opt out at any time by emailing support@websitesin24.com.

7. Hosting & Maintenance

• Your $49/mo subscription includes hosting, SSL certificate, daily backups, security monitoring, SEO, and unlimited content updates.
• Billing starts immediately — there is no free trial period.
• If your subscription is cancelled or payment fails, your website will remain live until the end of the current billing period, after which it will be taken offline.
• We are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party service providers, DNS propagation, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Client Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing accurate information during the onboarding quiz.
• You are responsible for reviewing your completed website and submitting revision requests within the 14-day window.
• You confirm that any content, images, or materials you provide are owned by you or that you have the right to use them.
• You will not use your website for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

• WebsitesIn24 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We do not guarantee specific business results, traffic, rankings, or revenue from your website.

10. Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@websitesin24.com or through your client dashboard.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

11. Changes to These Terms

• We may update these terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted to this page.
• Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
